Welcome from our Lead Trainer Varsha Karthikeyan.

With a career spanning over 12 years, I have gained immense knowledge and expertise – from being a Merchandise Team Leader for a Leading Exporter, to being an entrepreneur through my freelance design business, to being deeply involved with training people from all strata of the corporate ladder during my 7 years as a professional soft skills trainer. I have delivered more than 200 programs. The melange of my educational background and my professional experience make me a strong influencer, communicator and trainer.

As a highly professional and successful soft skills trainer in India, I have facilitated and led sessions with themes ranging from empowering women, time management, spoken English skills, team building, communication skills, change management, stress management, and interpersonal skills to influencing real time personality development of my trainees.

My strength lies in packaging these sessions for the target audience. This clearly is visible in my ability to successfully conducting sessions across various levels – be it the shop floor workers or the senior management. My clients include some of the biggest Indian and Multinational corporate houses, namely, Canara Bank, BHEL, Coca Cola, Axis Bank, Himatsingka, MTR, Titan (TATA), Triveni Engineering & industries Ltd and others.

Naina Peris

Naina has 8 years of industry experience in talent management, acquisition, leadership development and HR consulting. In this time, she has conducted several training programs and consulted for business houses in India and Southeast Asia. Nothing excites her more than interacting with people.

Parmindar Singh

Management, corporate governance, CSR, IT

Parmindar has a doctorate from the University of Newcastle (Australia), an M.B.A. from University Malaya (UM) and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). His research areas are in strategic management, corporate governance, ethics, corporate social responsibility, and information systems.

Bruno Rigal

Bruno is a Managing Director of European bank Natixis. His main focus over the past four years has been on alternative equity and debt financing strategies from Asset-based, Cash-flow based and Shareholders’ value-based pools of capital for large state-owned enterprises and family-owned businesses in Asia, the Middle-East and Europe. He is currently registered with the UK FCA and Hong Kong SFC.

Tim Holzer

Finance, Banking, Enterprise, Law

With more than 10 years of professional experience in secured financing at DFDL and Sciaroni and Associate, he is currently a lecturer in secured financing, Commercial Enterprise, and law in the business colleges at American University of Phnom Penh and University of Hawaii, and Chaminade University. He is also a speaker in many international seminar and conference organized by the Economist Conferences, Data Consult, the Center for Management Technology, AIC Conferences, and the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. Tim holds dual degree in Electrical Engineering and in Law, University of Akron and Master of Contract Management from George Washington University.

Pavel Andrle

Pavel (BSc., LL.M) is a Secretary to the Banking Commission of ICC Czech Republic. Mr. Pavel Andrle is an international trade and finance consultant and lecturer. He has worked for a number of leading local and international banks in various positions (for instance as trade finance specialist, head of trade finance, trade finance risk manager, in-house trainer). David Benaim

David began his career with Deloitte in London, UK, one of the big four global professional services firms. He qualified as a chartered accountant under the ICAEW, is an expert level Microsoft Excel certified specialist and delivered training for over 350 participants across 50 organisations in Europe and Cambodia.

Chat Sophiep


Sophiep is an independent consultant and coach, has conducted 200 leadership training sessions for numerous clients in Cambodia, including RMA Cambodia, CominKhmer, Toyota and FirstCambodia. Previous to his consultancy work he was employed in various positions with large organisations such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and ChildFund.

Lun Dane


Dane is a human resources expert with 16 years of cross industry experience, and delivers high level trainings on topics including HR management for line managers, induction programmes, employee engagement and HR strategy. Additionally, Lun Dane holds a training certificate from Yokohama, Japan (IR/HR Management) and lectures human resources students at several universities in Cambodia.

Vijay Allaham

Vijay is partner and senior consultant with the Kaizen Institute and is an industrial engineer by trade. He has 10 years of experience in helping organisations across the world implement the famous Kaizen/Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Virginia Khun

Socheata Tuch

Ms. Socheata was born as Cambodian and is able to speak Khmer and English fluently.

Pol Chandara

Chandara is Deputy Director of Labor Inspection Department to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT) and Representative of MoLVT to Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ). He is an expert in Cambodian Labour Law. He has trained thousands of employees and employers in Cambodia. He monitors the enforcement of labour inspection and compliance in Cambodia.

Sar Vathana

Vathana is currently Project Manager and Head of Regulatory and Compliance at DFDL. Through his network, DFDL is able to gain valuable insight on essential regulatory matters and facilitate government transactions which have been very helpful in DFDL’s ability to service their clients. He holds dual Master’s degree in Business Law and Public Administration, from Pannasastra University and Institute of Public Administration, from Thailand.

Sean Thorninn

Sothearat Seoun

He is a Cambodian with more than seventeen years of experience in the social development sector in Cambodia. Currently, as an independent workshop facilitator and coach, he engages on a workers-managers dialogue for change and for occupational health and safety project, financed by GIZ, where he has to deliver assignments and workshops in the areas of Problem Solving, Negotiation Planning, Cross-Functional Team Facilitation.
