During the programme, the managers undergo close individual coaching in order to maximize their effectiveness and motivation.

Who is the Future Leaders Programme for?
Do you want to prepare your managers for future leadership positions? Then this is for you. The programme is designed to bring your management team to the next level in terms of effectiveness, motivation and problem solving.
This is a 10-weeks on-the-job programme. Managers and coaches agree together on when, how and where they meet to best fit everybody’s schedule and needs.
Week 1 starts with an introduction of the programme and team responsibilities and active learning lessons. The managers will define a business development goal for the course based on their current work. The week concludes with reflections on anticipated key learnings and future applications.
The managers work on their real business development plans with their staff, pre-set structures and milestones. Our qualified coaches provide on-the-job support and advice, challenge thinking, encourage reflection and learning. All managers also receive regular individual coaching during this time.
This is the time to shine! The managers are given the opportunity to present their work and results to their peers and and the coaches for assessment and valuable feedback.
